Privacy
This site is run by TECHROGUE SRL, Luncii 16, Catalina, Maramures, Romania, trading as Strongly Worded Letter. Contact: hello@playflamingocartel.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the signup form: your email address. We use it to send playtest invites and updates about Flamingo Cartel and other Strongly Worded Letter games. We ask you to confirm by email before you are added.
Who processes it
Our newsletter provider, Kit (ConvertKit LLC), stores the list and sends the emails on our behalf. The signup form is loaded from Kit's servers, so Kit receives your IP address and browser information when the page loads. The site itself uses no analytics. [Check in your browser whether Kit's form sets any cookies and list them here.]
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to the address above.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
